Disha Patani, the Indian actress who will be sharing screen space with Jackie Chan in the upcoming Indo-Chinese production "Kung Fu Yoga," will now be managed by the same agency as the martial arts expert.

A source revealed to DNA that the "Bleeding Steel" actor has a special fondness for the actress and could not stop praising her on the set of their upcoming film. Chan recommended her to the international agency he is represented by, and the agency has agreed to take care of Patani's work overseas, which could very well be her claim to Hollywood fame.

Chan's agency, CAA, not only represents Chan but also his film company, SR Media Corporation. The agency is also in charge of packaging, finance planning and selling film projects on behalf of the company, with a special focus on American-Chinese co-productions.

Patani will be making her Bollywood debut with Neeraj Pandey's "M S Dhoni - The Untold Story," a film based on Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni. The Indian actress could not stop gushing about Chan in a an interview last month and said she was blessed to be working with the 62-year-old Hong Kong actor. "I feel very lucky and fortunate to work with a legend like Jackie Chan and to be part of a film based on an icon like M S Dhoni at the beginning of my career," she told The Indian Express.

"Kung Fu Yoga" is a multilingual action-adventure film and in addition to Chan and Patani, the project also features Amyra Dastur Aarif Rahman and Sonu Sood. The film has been shot at a number of international destinations including Dubai, India and Beijing and follows the story of an archeology professor (Jackie Chan) who teams up with an Indian archeologist to find India's lost treasure in Tibet. Kung Fu Yoga, which is directed by "Rumble in the Bronx" filmmaker Stanley Tong, is slated to hit theaters later this year.
