Stephen Amell who plays Oliver Queen/Green Arrow in "Arrow" recently visited the set of "Supergirl" and snapped a photo of himself next to the Man of Steel played by "Teen Wolf" alum, Tyler Hoechlin. This hints that Amell's onscreen persona could be meeting Superman in a possible crossover.

Amell's photo with the Man of Steel has heated up the social media. Hoechlin is seen in full costume while Amell wears a simple gray shirt. Fans comment that there is too much hotness in one photo.

The photo ignited talks about a possible Arrow-Supergirl crossover. People's Choice reported that the crossover featuring four superhero programs namely "The Flash," "Arrow," "Legends of Tomorrow," and "Supergirl," has been confirmed by CW president Mark Pedowitz. However, it is uncertain if the Man of Steel would be featured in all the upcoming crossovers. There are speculations though that the Green Arrow could be visiting Kara and Clark for a quick pep talk.

Meanwhile, Melissa Benoist a.k.a Kara Danvers/Supergirl told Variety that shifting to a new network will not make a big impact on the tone of the show. The actress also shared how excited she was to work with Hoechlin and the possible crossovers that would take place.

Executive producer of "Supergirl" Sarah Schechter explained how the dynamics of Supergirl and the Man of Steel was important. Putting Kara and Clark together opens a new window for both of their characters because despite coming from the same planet, they grew up with different backgrounds. She added that it would be nice to see the elements blend.
