Two years and a break up were enough to inspire Miranda Lambert to release her latest song! Prior to her brand new single, "Vice," the country singer released her "Platinum" album two years ago. The single is also the country singer's release following her divorce from Blake Shelton.
The Vice's lyrics were a product of her collaboration with Shane McAnally and Josh Osborne. The down-tempo track's lyrics will definitely invite fans get their cowboy hats and boots as they sing the award-winning singer's song.
"Another vice, another call, another bed I shouldn't crawl out of," the lyrics goes. "At 7 a.m, with shoes in my hand said I wouldn't do it, but I did it again / And I know I'll be back tomorrow night."
"Sweet salvation on a dining room table / Waiting on me, where the numb meets the lonely," Lambert also sings. "It's gone before it ever melts the ice."
Aside from writing her own songs, the singer also busies herself by performing in shows and on some of the biggest events in the music industry. Lambert also found her new love in the person of fellow singer Anderson East. In fact, one source close to the couple told E! News that Anderson has helped boost Miranda's confidence, one thing that she didn't feel in some time.
"They are very supportive with each other and their careers," the source told E! nEWS. The country crooner is slated to hit the roads for the Keeper of the Flame Tour and she's also appearing on Kenny Chesney's Spread the Love Tour this summer.
The breakup of Lambert and Shelton took the country music world by surprise. They have been together for roughly 10 years: dating for six years and as husband and wife for another four years, People magazine reported. After their breakup, Shelton started dating his "Voice" co-star Gwen Stefani last year.
