A woman who claims that JYJ star Yoochun sexually assaulted her has come forward to give details of the alleged incident in an interview with MBC.
The identity of the woman was not disclosed, and it was not clear if she is one of the four women who have filed sexual assault charges against the singer.
The woman claims that she worked as a server at an adult entertainment establishment frequented by Yoochun. The establishment is said to be the site of the other alleged sexual assault incidents.
In the interview, the woman stated that she needed a lot of money to finance her tuition, and this forced her to work in the adult establishment. She stated that she did not feel that the establishment will encourage prostitution as it would not wish to be linked to illegal or scandalous activities.
She narrated during the interview that on the night of the assault, the singer was singing, and the music was very loud. She said she was working when Yoochun suddenly grabbed her waist and started dancing with her. She stated that Yoochun kept asking her how much money she needed and allegedly took her to a bathroom to hear her reply.
The woman claimed that Yoochun then grabbed her and kissed her. She claimed that she complained, but the singer allegedly lifted her skirt and started kissing her again. She claims to have tried to stop him and even told him that she was menstruating, but that did not deter the singer.
The woman said she can never forgive Yoochun for assuming she will have sex with him for money. She noted that Yoochun probably assumed that since she is a worker in an adult establishment no one will believe her claims if she reports it.
The singer has filed a counter-suit against his accusers. However, reports indicate that the investigation is being delayed due to the uncooperative behavior of the defendants.
