A video showing Luhan yelling and berating a cab driver has gone viral online. The video was allegedly shot by a fan who was following the popular star.
The 30-second video shows Luhan approaching a van which was apparently carrying some fans who were following the actor around. The visibly irked actor/singer was heard yelling at the driver for accepting money from the fans to follow him around.
Luhan was heard warning the driver that it is unsafe as the passengers might get hurt. Eyewitnesses claim that the driver was driving irresponsibly as he tried to keep up with the actor's vehicle and could have caused an accident.
Despite being at fault, the driver was unfazed and can be seen yelling back at Luhan defiantly.
The video ended with a woman and man walking up to Luhan and leading him back to his car.
The video has elicited mixed reactions, with some fans praising Luhan for his concern for the fans. Others have noted that the actions of the fans should not be condoned as Luhan is also entitled to his privacy.
Luhan is a former member of popular boy group EXO. He left the group in 2014 and is currently embroiled in a legal battle with S.M. Entertainment regarding the validity of his contract. The court has ordered an arbitration after both parties failed to reach a settlement agreement.
