Singer and actor Yoochun of JYJ is still in the spotlight after four women accused him of sexually assaulting them specifically in the bathrooms of bars and at his home. Now, Yoochun has filed a countersuit stating that the first complainant asked money from him.

The first woman who came forward with the allegations against Yoochun withdrew the complaint hours after filing it. Yoochun's countersuit claims that the woman's allegations were false and that it was a case of blackmail. A representative from the law firm Shin & Kim filed the complaint at Gangnam Police Station on Monday.

It is unclear whether Yoochun will be filing similar complaints against the three other women who have accused him of sexual assault. However, he is said to be considering the move, according to KPop Herald.

The police officials are planning to summon Yoochun for questioning once they have finished interrogating the first woman and witnesses as well as the owner of the bar where the incident reportedly took place.

Yoochun's complaint with the police alleges that the first woman who accused him of sexual assault proposed a settlement before she and her boyfriend filed a case with the police department. The woman reportedly said that because she has been sexually assaulted, she can no longer live in Korea and plans to go to China. She, therefore, asked for $865,000 as a settlement from Yoochun, Soompi reported.

Yoochun's representatives allegedly requested to talk to the supposed victim, but her boyfriend faced them instead. He is reportedly a member of a gang in Seoul and is said to have proposed that the settlement could be decreased to about $430,000.
