An underwear submitted by one of Yoochun's accusers as evidence is currently being analyzed by the National Forensic Service, according to a statement by the Seoul Metropolitan Police.

The police have been revealed that male DNA was found on the underwear. However, it is unclear if it is Yoochun's DNA.

If the police can match the DNA to Yoochun, it would be a breakthrough in the case. Despite several sexual assault complaints against Yoochun, it is still yet to be proven beyond reasonable doubt that he is guilty. Police have reportedly started to question the individuals involved in the controversy.

Yoochun has been mired in controversy due to a string of sexual assault complaints against him filed by different women. A fourth woman recently came forward and filed a complaint similar to the others. Seoul's Gangnam Police Station has confirmed that a fourth case has been filed and is now investigating it.

Meanwhile, Yoochun continues to deny the allegations, stating that they are untrue.

The first sexual assault complaint against Yoochun was filed by a woman identified as Ms. Lee. She has since retracted her statement. The singer/actor's agency, C-Jes Entertainment, has declared its support for Yoochun and has vowed to sue the women accusing him of sexual assault.

Yoochun is a very poular South Korean singer and actor.  He is best known for his roles in dramas such as Sungkyunkwan Scandal, Rooftop Prince and The Girl Who Smells. He is also a member of the South Korean Group JYJ, which is known for their debut record The... which reached number one on Japan's Oricon album charts.
