Chinese film star and martial arts legend Jackie Chan recently wrapped up the shooting of his upcoming film Kung Fu Yoga. Chan was able to achieve his target timetable of shooting the film in just 150 days.

The news was confirmed by Indian actor Sonu Suod, who also stars in the film along with Chan. The Mumbai-based actor shared the news via his Twitter account informing his fans that shooting for the movie has been wrapped up.

Suod only had words of praise for Chan. The Indian actor claims that working with the martial arts legend is a life-changing experience and added that the Chinese actor is one of the most humble persons that he has ever met despite his worldwide superstar status.

Meanwhile, Chan has commended Indian actress Disha Patani for her work in the film. Chan was so impressed by Patani's work that he has allegedly referred the Bollywood actress to his agents in Hollywood.

Suod revealed that a teaser for Kung Fu Yoga would be released on June 10. Many are expecting the first official trailer of the film to be released during an upcoming press conference in Shanghai.

Kung Fu Panda is the first of three films planned to be released as a cultural collaboration between China and India. The agreement was signed during Chinese President Xi Jinping's state visit to India last year.

Since it is labeled as a cultural collaboration, Kung Fu Panda exhibits the natural beauties of the two countries. The film was shot in several locations in China's capital city of Beijing, and in the Indian city of Jaipur.

Kung Fu Yoga is directed by Stanley Tong and has a budget of $65 million. The film is expected to be released to the silver screen within the second half of the year.
