As they become label mates, Sung Yu Vin and former 2NE1 member Minzy are likely to work together soon. But before they collaborate on the same project, what could be his thoughts about her?
In an interview with X Sports News, the former contestant of "Superstar K6" (whose name is also spelled Song Yu Bin), admitted that he still has not met the former bandmate of Sandara Park, Park Bom and CL. However, he said that he has heard a lot of good words about her.
"I still haven't had the chance to meet Minzy," Song Yu Vin siad. "I want to meet her soon and ask her to teach me how to dance, or about performing."
"Since it's been nine years since she debuted, I think everything she says will be a huge help to me," he added.
Minzy will reportedly be working as a trainer of the new idol group that Music Works is forming. The name of the new group is My Teen, and Song Yu Vin will be a part of it.
"The staff who've met her all have great things to say about her," Sung said." They say that she's a really great person. When I ask why she seems that way, they say she's really considerate."
The singer noted that based on what he heard, Minzy "seems like the nicest person. I can't wait [to meet her]."
Meanwhile, the singer also shared some details about his upcoming group with OSEN.
"I am living together in the dorm with the other trainees," he said. "The name of the group is My Teen and the concept is that of a boy group that is bright and full of energy."
Song Yu Vin disclosed that he is "preparing along with the other 20 to 21 years old trainees and our image will be similar to B1A4 and SEVENTEEN."
