On Thursday, the 26-year-old beauty queen from the Philippines shared on her Instagram account a photo of her and Japanese artist Name Amuro during a photo shoot.
"@sarahwurtzbach ! @yukoonthego does make up for Miss Universe and she did my make up for a shoot and guess what!!!" Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach wrote in her post. "She also did Namie Amuro! GOSH! 'Dakedo I wanna get a new look!'"
While some followers got excited to see her in her latest snap, some fans expressed worry for her.
"Grabe pia ampayat mo na. kumain ka na ng madami (You are so slim already, Pia. Eat some more)," one follower commented. Another follower said "Payat na nga ni pia parang anorexic na (Pia is really so slim already that she looks like anorexic)."
Despite some fans' reaction to her present physique, some were still supportive of Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach.

Meanwhile, Mikhail "Dr. Mike" Varshavski, the beauty queen's rumored boyfriend, narrated to NY Mag how he started his Instagram account and how his followers grew to a whopping 1.8 million considering that he was not yet a celebrity then.
"I started my Instagram about three years ago just trying to show a lifestyle of what it's like to go through medical school, go through residency, and train to become a doctor," People's "Sexiest Doctor Alive" said.
"I've always lived a really balanced lifestyle," the rumored boyfriend of Miss Univere 2015 Pia Wurtzbach added. "I went to fashion events, I played sports, I boxed. People really didn't understand, because there's this stigma out there that to be a doctor you have to give up your life and your hobbies. I wanted to prove everybody wrong."
