Following the highly anticipated "Prison Break" Season 5 premiere, the show is set to air the follow-up segment, episode 2. It is titled "Kaniel Outis" and it will see Michael and his cellmate Whip execute their escape plan. Here are a few spoilers for the next chapter of the series. Read on to find out what happens next.

When the show returns with all-new 'Prison Break' Season 5 episode 2, Lincoln and C-Note begin the search for "Sheik of Light." Michael, who was revealed to be still alive after seven years of his apparent death, and his cellmate, Whip, plan their escape from Ogygia.

Michael's reappearance was a shocked for Sara. She begins to dig deeper into Michael's unexpected return. As she delves deeper, an important lead takes her to the state department where she finds Paul Kellerman. Sara and Paul have an uneasy reunion.

The synopsis for "Prison Break" Season 5 episode 2 on TV.com reads as: "As Lincoln and C-Note search for the "Sheik of Light," Michael and his cellmate, Whip, attempt an escape from Ogygia. Meanwhile, Sara's investigation into Michael's reappearance leads her to the state department and an uneasy reunion with Paul Kellerman."   

In an interview with Collider, show creator Paul T. Scheuring talked about Prison Break Season 5.

"We were not making the show without Michael, and Michael apparently died, at the end of Season 4, so we had to answer the question of, how did he die?" Scheuring said. "And then, we had to give him an emotional journey that was worth doing. That's when I thought, "I know this story. It's a man coming back from the dead who, for all intents and purposes, was gone from the earth for seven years, and then showing up in a mysterious place under mysterious circumstances, and coming home to claim the wife and son that he left behind." That's The Odyssey. I was like, "If we can tell The Odyssey, that would be cool." You'll see all the players from The Odyssey, like Cyclops and Poseidon and Penelope."

A promo video for "Prison Break" Season 5 episode 2 is highly anticipated. It is expected to be out soon.
