Hwang Kwang Hee of the idol group ZE:A has been confirmed for military enlistment next month. His new agency, Bonboo Entertainment, revealed that the singer and variety star is leaving on March 13 to start his mandatory army service.

Via its representative, Bonboo Entertainment further stated that Kwang Hee is set to move to Nonsan Army Training Center in Chuncheon as a new recruit. After the usual 5-week training, he will be serving the country as a member of the official military band.

According to MWAve, while the singer is awaiting his enlistment day to come, he plans to continue his activities and attend to his previously scheduled TV and radio appearances. This means that until the last day of his civilian life, Kwang Hee will still be seen on various programs.

In fact, Kwang Hee just finished filming for "Infinite Challenge" on Feb. 23, where he is one of the cast members. He is also set to appear on MBC's "Radio Star" in the first week of March. He also went back to hosting "Inkigayo" for a day since the show is still looking for a new host which was later filled in by GOT7's Jin Young and Black Pink's Jisoo.

Apart from works, Kwang Hee also is also taking some time to enjoy and relax before he officially become a soldier of South Korea. Channel A reported that the idol recently went on a vacation in the United States. It appears that Kwang Hee had a great time as can be seen on the series of photos which he posted on his Instagram.

Kwang Hee debuted in 2010 as part of the idol group ZE:A. This January his contract with Star Empire expired and he decided leave and find a new home that will manage his career.

On Feb. 7, it was reported that Hwang Kwang Hee signed an exclusive contract with MMA fighter Choo Sung Hoon's agency called BonBoo Entertainment. He officially joined the roster of artists being managed by the company which include Choo's model wife Yano Shiho, Ricky Kim, Kahi and UFC fighter and variety show personality Kim Dong Hyun.
