Two Korean celebrities have made it to the list of the world's most handsome faces of 2014, an annual list compiled by American film rating site TC Candler.
While the list is topped by Fifty Shades of Grey lead actor Jamie Dornan, South Korean singer Choi Siwon came in at close second.
Choi Siwon is a member of boy band Super Junior, a South Korean pop group formed in 2005 by producer Lee Soo-man of SM Entertainment.
The 27-year-old Siwon, who is also a member of Super Junior-M, overtakes Tom Hardy of the United Kingdom, Diego Boneta of Mexico, Michael Fassbender of Germany, Idris Elba of United Kingdom, Ryan Gosling of Canada, Gerard Butler of United Kingdom, and Matthias Schoenaerts of Belgium.
Siwon debuted as a singer after he was scouted by a talent agent when he was 16. He auditioned without his parent's approval. His father, the CEO of pharmaceutical firm Boryung Medicine, allowed him to sign a contract with SM Entertainment but did not give him any assistance.
In 2005, Siwon was officially launched as one of the twelve members in a boy band, which later was named Super Junior 05.
Joining Siwon in the top 10 of the list is fellow South Korean singer-rapper Ok Taecyeon, a member of the Korean boy band 2PM.
In 2010, the 26-year-old Taecyeon debuted as an actor in the Korean drama Cinderella's Sister and went on to become a main character in the KBS drama Dream High.
Taecyeon was nominated Best New Actor in the 2010 KBS Drama Awards for his role in Cinderella's Star. He won the OST of the Year award in the 3rd Bugs Music Awards for his "My Valentine" work.
Chinese actors Takeshi Kaneshiro, Eddie Peng and Gregory Gao also made it to list of most handsome faces but settled in lower ranks.
Kaneshiro, also known as Jincheng Wu, was at 29th place, Peng at 71st and Gao at 76th. South Korean actor Kim Soo-hyun also made it to the list at 93rd spot.
