As Valentine's Day comes nigh, a sneak peek footage of "Fifty Shades of Darker" was dropped by Universal over the weekend. As one might have expect, the clip is nothing short of sexy.
On the one-minute clip released (via Youtube), Christian orders Anastasia to "take them off," after having dinner at a fancy restaurant. The next thing you will see is Anastasia, who's sporting a sexy LBD, gladly doing what she's being asked. Cut to an elevator scene where Christian pretends to tie his shoelaces as the following moments reveal to a deeply aroused Miss Steele.
The steamy scene also featured the movie's original soundtrack, "I Don't Wanna Live Forever," by Taylor Swift and Zayn Malik. The official music video for that collaboration track was also released last week and now has more than 21 million views on Youtube.
"Fifty Shades Darker" is the follow-up story to 2015's "Fifty Shades of Grey" where fans of the franchise will see the continuation of the characters adapted from EL James' novels of the same name. The trilogy also includes the final chapter of the book, "Fifty Shades Freed."
On the sequel, moviegoers will find a wounded Christian Grey trying to entice a cautious Ana Steele back into his life - where she demands a new arrangement before giving him another chance. As the two begin to build trust and find stability, shadowy figures from Christian's past start to circle the couple, determined to destroy their hopes for a future together.
Directed by James Foley, "Fifty Shades Darker" stars Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson. Returning cast members from the first movie include Marcia Gay Harden, Rita Ora, Jennifer Ehle, Victor Rasuk, Eloise Mumford, Max Martini and Luke Grimes. New cast additions are Kim Basinger, Eric Johnson and Bella Heathcote.
"Fifty Shades Darker" will arrive in theaters on Feb. 10, 2017.
