"Chicago PD" Season 3 will take a short break this week. The show will resume its run with episode 13 on Feb. 3. The upcoming segment is titled "Hit Me" and it will see the cops take on an undercover case. Here are spoilers for the next chapter of NBC's procedural series. In episode 12 "Looking Out for Stateville," the police department worked to bust a cocaine ring with the help of Voight's cellmate. However, not everyone is convinced with Voight's cellmate's involvement in the case. Meanwhile, Burgess struggle with her decision to marry Adam. Platt makes arrangements for her upcoming wedding but it takes a toll on her.
Moving on episode 13 of "Chicago PD" Season 3, fans can expect to see an action-packed segment. According to Cartermatt's description for "Hit Me," Lindsay is on an undercover mission. She is on a hunt for a rogue police officer who harasses women leaving a local casino.
Meanwhile, the word about the investigation of the rogue police officer travels to Detective Martin Watts, who decides to put efforts to solve the case. Watts apparently has a reputation of overlooking cases regarding the casino. Voight is not very thrilled to see Watts' involvment.
In the meantime, Mouse tries to cheer up Ruzek and finds him a date. Burgess decides to transfer Districts pending Platt's approval.
The upcoming segment will tie in "Chicago Fire" and "Chicago PD" for yet another crossover episode. Word about Jimmy Borelli's boxing match travels to the police department. So, Antonio decides to go against Jimmy in the boxing match that originally Roman was going to participate in. The match will take place at Firehouse 51 and it will be featured in "Chicago Fire" episode airing on Feb. 9, Tuesday as noted by Cartermatt in its new report.
