‘Mega Man’ series coming to Western Gamers; release date announced!

An iconic game series from Capcom on Nintendo Entertainment System or NES is going to be ported for mobile devices. Initially announced for Japanese release, "Mega Man" is also going for an early release in Western markets.

Western Release Confirmed!

"Mega Man" is one of the iconic games for Nintendo Entertainment System and it will soon become available for everyone who wishes to challenge themselves in their mobile devices. According to Crunchyroll, the game was initially announced for Jan. 6 release in Japan with but the Capcom eventually released a statement that the game is going to be released for its Western gamers. Although they did not specify the actual release date of the games, the series is going to be available early January.

According to Capcom Unity, the "Mega Man" will be a 6-part series of games each with an ultimate goal. The game is primarily aimed for those looking to relive NES in their mobile phones and for new gamers interested in learning why the series is one of the most popular in its heyday. The game will also come with additional cheat codes which should allow the player enable an auto fire.

Challenge Accepted

The news of "Mega Man" finally in iOS and Android is a great leap for mobile gamers. With the announcement, it is possible that other gaming companies will dig up their old games decades ago so they could offer new gamers some retro-gaming option while earning along the way.

On the other hand, anyone familiar with "Mega Man" knows that playing the popular game on touch screen is a big challenge because the series is known for its challenging stages even with an analog controller. Capcom may have something up its sleeve to ease the gaming experience but that will be revealed come January next year.
