South Korean actor and musician Kwak Dong Yeon has finally broken his silence and shared his thoughts about the dating rumors with Hallyu star Kim So Hyun.
According to Kwak, he felt extremely hurt after being linked to Kim following his guesting to “Radio Star,” Soompi reported. He further explained that he only mentioned his former co-star’s name because he was asked for his ideal type.
Because of the incident, the Hallyu star admitted that he is already terrified of appearing in variety shows. He added that it would probably take him a long time to appear in one program as he is trying to avoid them.
Meanwhile, Kwak was also recently interviewed by the news agency Sports Seoul. During the talk, the series “Adolescence Medley” star revealed his closest friend among the members of the girl group AOA.
"I am most close with Seolhyun, Jimin, and Mina. We were friends since our trainee days. Sometimes it's strange; they act so pretty (laughter). Recently, they tried to send me a coffee truck to show support but couldn't do it because there were some issues,”said Kwas as quoted by All Kpop.
He added: “But I have the support signs they made for me. More than anything, they listen to me when I have worries about work because they've worked longer than me. I am always thankful."
Kwak made his acting debut in 2012 after appearing in the the KBS TV drama series “My Husband Got a Family”. Aside from being an actor, he is also the lead guitarist of the band Kokoma.
