In the latest episode of B.A.P's "One Fine Day," Himchan has finally opened up about what he felt in the midst of the boy group's lawsuit against their agency, TS Entertainment.

A report from Soompi stated B.A.P filed a lawsuit against TS Entertainment for alleged unfair treatment. The six-member boy group even asked the agency to terminate their contracts following the issue.

Reports claimed B.A.P felt their contracts with TS Entertainment are favorable to one party, adding that they were advantageous for the agency only. Addressing the issue, TS Entertainment, in an official statement, said they tried to contact the B.A.P members after the news broke.

However, the agency said the members allegedly refused to answer their calls. The agency also claimed they found clerical errors in the proof of document filed in the law firm.

After the legal battle between B.A.P and TS Entertainment, the boy group has decided to return to their agency for their comeback last year. "We reached a compromise and it worked out well," B.A.P said.

The boy group went on, "We should've communicated with each other a lot. [The conflict] happened because our communication was cut off."

Meanwhile, B.A.P's Himchan revealed what he felt before the group and the agency settled the issue. According to Allkpop, the member was quite emotional while looking back to what happened between them and TS Entertainment.

"As a celebrity, I walked around not looking up at the sky but down at the ground. But when we had our lawsuit and during our hard times, I would look up at the sky," Himchan narrated.
