As "Resident Evil 7" nears its release, a final update for the demo will be released soon gearing its players for the full game on January next year, alongside with two new videos that have been released.

According to VG 24/7, the first video is called "Resident 7 Vol.9: Shadow." While fans have been exposed to the Baker family as the main possible antagonists of the latest franchise, especially the invincible family member, there seems to be glimpse of a monstrous figure that lurk in the shadow closing in on the player for the kill. There goes the first look of a monster in the latest game.

The second video entitled "Resident 7 Vol.10: Aunt Rhody" shows the player walking up the stairs following some spooky humming from an old lady. Upon reaching the top, the player spots a pale-skinned woman in a wheelchair and walks up to her who stares at him back.

Attack of the Fanboy also mentioned that the biggest news of all is that "Resident Evil 7's" demo will be getting its update on December. With the update available, fans might be finally getting the answers to some of the mysteries shown in the previous demos. Then again, they might be faced with some more mysteries again.

According to reports, "Resident Evil 7" is set approximately 4 years after the events of "Resident Evil 6" in the fictional city of Dulvey, Louisiana in the Southern United States. The game will be featuring a new protagonist named Ethan who will be searching for his missing wife in a derelict plantation mansion, home of the mysterious and dangerous Baker family.

"Resident Evil 7" is set for launch on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on Jan. 24, 2017.
