It's been 20 years since the release of the first "Tomb Raider" game. Now as a celebration for running for two decades, Crystal Dynamics has just released a "20 Year Celebration" DLC for the most recent game in the series, "Rise of the Tomb Raider."

According to Gamespot, Sony has just released photos in its PlayStation UK Twitter account showing off a really special edition of the game that players would not likely get their hands on. The photo contained a disc case of a PlayStation 1-era style of the "Rise of the Tomb Raider," along with box art and a manual. This was their way to commemorate the 20 years of the adventure they enjoyed with the beloved adventurous archaeologist Lara Croft.

As for the DLC, PC Gamer reports about the first feature in the game called "Blood Ties." Here, Lara Croft explores her family's manor "to reclaim her legacy and uncover a family mystery that will change her life forever." The expansion includes an additional hour or so in the single-player experience of "Rise of the Tomb Raider."

Like with many games such as "Call of Duty" and "Metal Gear Survive," "Rise of the Tomb Raider" is a game that initially never dabbles with zombie survivals. But this next feature mentioned called "Lara's Nightmare" is a scoreboard-based survival mode where players can get to defend the Croft Manor against zombies.

Other things in the pack include new outfits, weapons and a difficulty called "Extreme Survivor." The outfits will consist of five "classic Lara Croft skins," including the retro polygonal version of the heroine back in the 1996 game.

"Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration" is included with season pass and is available for the PC and PS4 for $60, while the Xbox One version has it for $49.
