Weekly Famitsu has always been up-to-date with all things Japanese - that is, only anime and games. With that, Square Enix has made updates once again for the adorable "World of Final Fantasy" for the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita.

One of the characters from "Final Fantasy XI," hilarious and fan favorite Shantotto will be making an appearance in the game, according to Dualshockers. Even more interesting is the fact that classic "Final Fantasy" summoned creatures (or usually termed as "summons") will be reintroduced in the adorable "World of Final Fantasy" - albeit as the opposite genders. In addition to that, it is also reported that they will have familial ties with the actual summons themselves.

There will be more summons to be introduced, but, so far, we have Ramyu, Shiva, and Ifreeta. First off, we have the granddaughter of the classic Ramuh, who's notable for her magitek technology on her back and her color-shifting hair when she's in combat. Next is Shiva, not the skimpy blue female from the classic games, but a male of the Shiva family, who's narcissistic, has his own sense of justice, and controls the power of ice. Lastly, we have Ifreeta of the Ifrit family, a headstrong, fiery hot head female.

It will be fun trying to see these characters in action in the final game and how they interact with each other. One could also imagine the destructive force they're capable of against enemies.

In other news, making her appearance in "World of Final Fantasy" is the kind-hearted, spirited, happy-go-lucky, and energetic Rikku, as stated by Gematsu. Being voiced by Marika Matsumoto, Rikku's role in the game is a treasure hunter who sails sea for adventure.

"World of Final Fantasy" will be released for the PS4 and PS Vita on Oct. 25 in North America, Oct. 27 in Japan, and Oct. 28 in Europe.
