The Warriors made another record as the first team to send a powerful message in the first game, after the became the first team who lost the series after leading 3-1 in the last year's NBA Finals.

Although the game is only a preseason game, but Warriors showed they have consolidated their teamwork very well, and Durant has also fully integrated into the team. However, according to USA Today, while the Warriors look dominant in the preseason, one can never jump to conclusions for the regular season.

After the game Curry expressed his satisfaction to the game, but he also admitted there are things to work on for the time to become better. As the regular season is a nine-months journey which cannot be measured in just one single game.

"We still have things we know we need to work on. Just staying focused, staying in the moment," Curry said. "Enjoying what we did tonight but knowing we've got 100-plus more games to get this thing done."
