Recently, "Final Fantasy's" Square Enix had an Active Time Report broadcast that was shown in its very own Square Enix Café in Akihabara, Tokyo. During the broadcast, there were some wonderful visuals from the engine of the latest title in the franchise, "Final Fantasy XV."

DualShockers did a report on this in which Square Enix's "Final Fantasy XV" director Hajime Tabata showcased the game's recent optimization through a few screenshots from the game. The first and second screenshots showed the level of detail (LOD), improved textures and resolution of grass and vegetation, and high quality shadows. The third screen, on the other hand, showed how the portrayed city visuals, in which the latest version featured lighting and textures that have improved as well.

The scenes were run on the standard version of the PlayStation 4. To add to that, there are also most areas in the game where it gets to run a stable 30 frames per second (FPS). The "Final Fantasy XV" director also mentioned that his development finally achieved the visual capabilities they aimed for the final release of the game.

It was also intended that the game was pushed from its original September release to Nov. 29 because of the development team to pursue steadier frame rates and an overall improvement to the performance.

In related news mentioned in an article from TechnoBuffalo, the game also included many other activities such as car customization, changing of clothing and apparel, heading over to the beaches of Balio, and much more. Since director Tabata aimed for a different "Final Fantasy" game in the franchise, the 15th game plays an open-world game where players can get into a lot of activities that stroll away from the main quest.
