Park Hyo Shin releases ‘Breath’ MV under upcoming ‘I Am A Dreamer’ album; Pre-comeback single tops local music charts

"Wild Flower" singer Park Hyo Shin is giving us more reasons to anticipate his comeback! Just recently, the ballad artist dropped the official music video of his new track titled "Breath" under his upcoming album "I Am A Dreamer."

According to Soompi, Park collaborated with composer Jung Jae Il for "Breath," who was also the composer of his hit song "Wild Flower." While the lyrics was co-written by Kim Eana who is known for teaming up with popular Kpop artists such as Suzy, Baekhyun and IU.

Park's "Breath" topped several local music charts including MelOn, Naver Music and Genie shortly after it was released on Thursday. The new track surpassed popular singer Lim Chang Jeong and duo Bolppalgan Puberty, Yonhap noted.

According to his label, Glove Entertainment, the new track aims to console those who are going through tough times. "'Breath" conveys the message that the dreams and hopes of every person can console their weary souls and help them carry on," the label said.

Glove Entertainment continued, "We wanted to offer comfort and hope to those who have forgotten their dreams amid the tough reality."

Meanwhile, the "Wild Flower" singer is set to release his newest album "I Am A Dreamer" at midnight of October 3. The upcoming album with be Park's first release since "Gift Part 2" album was launched in 2010.

34-year-old Park started out his career in 1999 with a radio station guesting. In the same year, the singer released his first album "Things I Cannot Do For You" with a carrier single titled "Fool."

The singer started to create a mark in the industry following his appearance on a KBS TV program called "Lee Sora's Propose." His first album sold over 440,000 copies and ranked 15th on 2000 Music Recording Sales.
