Kevin Na shares a fascinating and amusing story about how fellow golfer Tiger Woods is always willing to help fans out.
At the PGA Championship 2015, Na approached Wood on the practice putting green. The 32-year old wanted to ask Woods to autograph a hat for Nam, who was Na's friend, Na told website Golf.com.
Woods and Na have known each other since their junior golf years. Woods also knows that Na is a fixture in Korean tabloids and has been linked to many well-known personalities including a popular actress and a former Miss Korean.
"Is Nam still getting a lot if ass?" Na tells the website as he recalls Woods asking. Na responded by saying that the hat was actually for Nam's most recent girlfriend.
For Woods, that was certainly an acceptable answer. In the interview with the website, Na recalled Woods as saying, "If it will help him get laid, I'll do it."
The two golfers ended up having a secret laugh leaving their fans present at the tournament wondering what was so funny.
Na is a Korean-American professional golfer who was born in South Korea and moved to the United States with his family when he was just eight years old. The 32-year old golfer achieved his PGA Tour card in 2004.
In early 2013, Na's back injury limited him to eight starts. After rehab, he made a comeback in October that same year by finishing at third place at the Frys.com Open.
At the 2016 PGA Tour season opening, Na lost to Emiliano Grillo in a sudden-death playoff.
Woods, on the other hand, is an American professional golfer who is considered one of the most successful golfers of all time. He is also known to be one of the highest-paid athletes for many years.
Woods, who is part Thai-Chinese, is most famous for being the only golfer to hold trophies to all four major championships simultaneously. This was popularly known as the "Tiger Slam".
Unfortunately, the famous golf player has been plagued by injuries. Since 2008, he has been stuck on 14 major championship wins, according to About Sports.
