Production for the upcoming Han Solo spin-off movie is in full-swing, and the temporary working title for the film has just been released by none other than director Chris Miller.

In a photo posted on Twitter, Miller gave away a few details about the Han Solo spin-off movie. According to NME, "Star Wars: Red Cup" is the movie's working title. Fans speculate that this appears to be comical nod to the Solo Cup Company which produced the popular Solo red cups commonly used at parties.

Moreover, Miller wrote the caption "Han first shot." This refers to the controversial scene in 1977's "Star Wars: A New Hope" where Han Solo (Harrison Ford) and a bounty hunter named Greedo (Paul Blake) exchanged shots in the Mos Eisley cantina. The scene sparked a debate among fans as to which between Han Solo and Greedo fired the first shot.

The Han Solo spin-off movie stars Alden Ehrenreich in the titular role. Woody Harrelson has also been confirmed for the movie and will appear as a mentor for Ehrenreich's young Han Solo, Variety confirms.

"Game of Thrones" star Emilia Clarke is also on board the Han Solo spin-off movie for a still unspecified role. Sources claim that Clarke's role "will round out a dynamic cast of characters that Han and Chewie will encounter on their adventures. Others suggest that she might play an early love interest for the Solo.

Donald Glover, on the other hand, is playing the young Lando Clarissian. Lando Clarissian and Han Solo have formed a competitive friendship throughout the years. Interestingly, Han Solo won the Millennium Falcon from Lando Clarissian after the latter lost in a card game.

The Han Solo spin-off movie takes place years before the original "Star Wars" trilogy and will focus on the formative years of Han Solo and Lando Carlissian as scoundrels on the rise.

The Han Solo spin-off movie is expected to hit cinemas in December 2018.
