Series creator Jason Rothenberg revealed that Clarke and Bellamy's relationship in "The 100" Season 4 only grows stronger amid the chaos. However, he did not say whether Bellarke becomes romantically involved.

Rothenberg said that Bellamy and Clarke only grow closer together in "The 100" Season 4. The threat of the nuclear apocalypse brings them to a common goal, which is to save their people. The showrunner revealed that in the instalment, both Grounders only want what is good and right for everyone.

"I think that Bellamy (Bob Morley) and Clarke -- when they're together is when good things happen, when they're playing from the same playbook," Rothenberg told Screener TV.

In the same interview, Rothenberg teased that fans will likely see Bellarke together more often in "The 100" Season 4. Bellamy is not going anywhere, especially when Clarke needs now, more than ever, all the support and trust she can get from her people.

Of course, Bellarke will stick together when it comes to leading the Grounders in "The 100" Season 4. Rothenberg said that Bellamy is determined to help Clarke save their people. He added that as long as Bellarke is there, the Grounders have a good chance at surviving the nuclear apocalypse.

"As long as the two of them are together and fighting for the right reasons, I think the world has a chance," Rothenberg further told the publication.

However, it remains unclear whether Bellarke will get into a romantic relationship in "The 100" Season 4. Fans have since hoped that Bellarke finally becomes a couple in the instalment, especially since Lexa is gone.

Eliza Taylor (Clarke) is also hopeful that her character moves on to find a new love in the instalment. She told TV Line that she believes it is not the end for Clarke and that she can move on from Lexa in "The 100" Season 4.
