Rookie group Cosmic Girls has recently released the teaser video for their latest single “I Wish”.
In the video released on the official YouTube page of the worldwide K-POP Channel 1theK on December 28, the girls stood frozen as the magical tune plays in the background. However, despite their still figures, the group members still looked beautiful as they carry out their cute poses.
“I Wish” is the title track of Cosmic Girls’ upcoming mini-album titled “From.WJSN”, All KPop reports. It will be released on January 4 next year at 12 in the midnight.
Meanwhile, the group has also recently released the teaser shots for their another upcoming single "Just Tell Me Why". The said song is also one of the featured tracks in “From.WJSN”.
In the photos released on the band’s social media pages, the members looked gorgeous and adorable in their school uniform outfits. The girls showcased how close they are as a group as they smile for the camera. Aside from the collective shots, they also had individual images, Soompi reports.
Also known as WJSN, Cosmic Girls is made up of 13 mixed Chinese and Korean members including SeolA, Xuan Yi, Bona, Exy, Soobin, Luda, Dawon, Eunseo, Cheng Xiao, Mei Qi, Yeoreum, Dayoung and Yeonjung. They began their entertainment career this year under the talent management agencies Starship Entertainment and Yuehua Entertainment.
The group is divided into four subgroups namely Wonder, Joy, Sweet, and Natural. Upon their debut, Cosmic girls released their first extended play “Would You Like” which features the songs "Mo Mo Mo", "Catch Me", "Tick-Tock", and “Take My Breath”.
This year, they earned the “Rookie of the Year” awards from Seoul Success Awards and M Countdown in China. Furthermore, they were also awarded the “Rising Star Award” by the Asia Artist award.
