Nicole Bonifacio is set to appear in "Younger" Season 2 episode 2 titled "The Mao Function." The actress, who is of Filipino, Indian and Polynesian descent, will play a ping pong player in second episode of the second season of the TV series created by Darren Star based on the Pamela Redmond Satran's novel of the same name.

Before playing a ping pong player in "Younger" Season 2 episode 2, Bonifacio appeared in several TV series but she was not credited. Among these series are "Gotham," "The Mysteries of Laura," "Blindspot" and "Blue Bloods."

"Younger" Season 2 will not be the only TV series Bonifacio will soon appear in. She is also set to play bit roles in "Orange is the New Black" Season 4, "Broad City" Season 3, "Daredevil" Season 2 and "Power" Season 3.

"The Mao Function" will be aired on Jan. 13, Wednesday, right after "Younger" Season 2 episode 1 titled "Tattoo You." "Gossip Girl" alum Hilary Duff is reprising her role as Kelsey Peters with "The Following" alum Nico Tortorella reprising his role as Josh.

In a recent interview with Glamour, Tortorella compared himself to his "Younger" Season 2 character. He pointed out that he walked in in a tank top with several tattoos showing, he had his nose pierced and had little gauges in his ears when he auditioned for the role.

"I would say I was the L.A. version of Josh," Tortorella told the publication. "When I got the part, we took all the piercings out and added a bunch more tattoos and a white T-shirt and flannel, and I became New York Josh."

Tortorella said that all he knew at the time about the "Younger" character he would eventually play was a tattoo artist with his own parlor. He also said he knew one of the lead stars would be Duff, who was recently spotted with minimal makeup while shopping in Beverly Hills, Daily Mail reported.

Joining Duff and Tortorella in the main cast of "Younger" Season 2 are Sutton Foster, Debi Mazar, Miriam Shor and Molly Bernard reprising their respective roles as Liza Miller, Maggie, Diana Trout and Lauren Heller. Also reprising their recurring roles are Dan Amboyer as Thad Steadman and Tessa Albertson as Caitlin Miller.
