Bae Suzy is now a free agent. The singer-actress did not renew her contract with JYP Entertainment, which expired in March 31. For now, Suzy is reportedly deciding on which agency to sign with next.

Korea Herald reported Suzy's contract with JYP Entertainment expired last week. Many were initially hopeful she'd re-sign with the agency as they negotiated new contract terms. It appears, however, that both parties did not arrive on an agreement regarding her contract renewal. The question remains: What's Suzy's next move? Here are three possibilities as to where Suzy could be headed.

Lee Min Ho and Bae Suzy wedding?

It has long been rumored that Lee Min Ho and Bae Suzy wedding plans were in the works. Ever since confirming their relationship in 2015, Lee Min Ho and Bae Suzy have remained strong despite break up rumors.

According to Soompi, Lee Min Ho and Suzy reportedly celebrated their second anniversary with close friends. Could this be a prelude to their wedding announcement? It seems unlikely. Lee Min Ho is said to be enlisting very soon, while Suzy is busy filming her new drama "While You Were Sleeping."

Transferring to a new agency

With Suzy currently unattached to JYP Entertainment, there's a chance she would transfer to another agency. Although there are no companies reported to be courting her at the moment, a rumor suggest that it's likely she would move to MAKEUS Entertainment.

Suzy is close friends with MAKEUS artist Urban Zakapa and she also recorded a duet with Park Won. MAKEUS is also the agency former Wonder Girls member Sunmi was reported to be in talks with.

Return to JYP Entertainment

It's normal for artists to want to consider other options once their contract with their agencies expired. This doesn't necessarily mean that they are shutting their doors to their former agencies. It's possible that after a few weeks or so, Suzy would re-sign with JYP Entertainment.

Suzy is JYP Entertainment's most prolific and highest-earning stars. She's also been with the agency for 7 years. It's no question JYP would still accept her if ever she decides to come back.
