The all-star female cast of "Ocean's Eight" is looking fashionable and chic in the first-look at the highly-awaited spin-off.

Warner Bros. and Village Roadshow released the first official image from the "Ocean's Eight" movie and features the film's eight leading ladies: Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter, Rihanna, Sarah Paulson, Mindy Kaling and Awkwafina.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the release was also accompanied by the first logline for the film which reveals the names of the characters. Bullock plays Debbie Ocean, sister of George Clooney's Danny Ocean, who attempts to orchestrate "the heist of the century" at the star-studded Met Gala in New York City. She assembles "the perfect crew" that includes Lou (Blanchett), Nine Ball (Rihanna), Amita (Kaling), Constance (Awkwafina), Rose (Carter), Kluger (Hathaway) and Tammy (Paulson).

The Met Gala heist scene makes room for dozens of cameo appearances from celebrities and fashion gurus. The Sun reports Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner were spotted filming a fictional Met Gala scene for "Ocean's Eight." Met Gala regulars such as Vogue editor Anna Wintour, supermodel Adriana Lima and actress Katie Holmes were also seen at the film site.

Meanwhile, "Homeland" actor Damian Lewis is playing the villain in "Ocean's Eight." The character is still unnamed, but is said to be an ex-lover of Bullock's Debbie. He becomes the target of group's ultimate heist. It is said that Lewis' character may hold an artifact that is important to Debbie and her group.

Dakota Fanning and James Corden are also confirmed to appear in the film. Matt Damon will reprise his role as Linus Caldwell from the original "Ocean's" trilogy.

Gary Ross is directing "Ocean's Eight," with Olivia Milch writing the script. The film is expected to premiere in theaters on June 8, 2018.
