Netizens are going gaga after Zico and Seolhyun's respective agencies reportedly spilled the beans on dating rumors involving the two idols. Seven Seasons and FNC Entertainment said their piece on the issue and revealed Zico and Seolhyun found comfort in each other while going through tough times.
According to the two agencies, Zico and Seolhyun "became attached to and relied on each other while going through difficult times. We would appreciate if the public and fans support the two stars," as quoted by Yonhap.
Soompi reported the Block B and AOA members tried to keep their relationship out of the limelight; however, photos of Zico and Seolhyun, who seemed to be hiding their faces under masks and hoodies, are all over the internet.
Although the two idols remained silent about the dating rumors, netizens are stoked after learning about the statement of the two agencies. Some of their followers thought Zico and Seolhyun look good together, while others said they did not expect the two would be seeing each other.
Meanwhile, some netizens also expressed their opposition to a Zico-Seolhyun relationship. Others said the act is just a publicity stunt considering the contradicting statements of Zico and Seolhyun's parties when dating rumors first broke the internet.
23-year-old Zico debuted in a duo called Harmonics with Park Kyung in 2009. He debuted as the leader of boy group Block B in 2011 with their single entitled "Freeze." In 2014, the rapper released his solo debut single called "Tough Cookie" featuring rapper Don Mills.
On the other hand, Seolhyun entered the industry after winning the 8th Smart Model Contest in 2010. She joined girl group AOA two years later. Aside from performing with the group, Seolhyun has done endorsements for a number of brands.
