There has been no news regarding a sequel to "Fantastic Four," but Miles Teller, who played Mr. Fantastic, shared that he was open to reprising his role when the time comes. Despite that the 2015 reboot was tagged as a disastrous movie and generated only a few profit, the actor was hopeful that Marvel could make a redemption.

According to Yahoo News, the "Fantastic Four" reboot released on 2015 was a massive flop both critically and financially. It only generated a meek $56 million in domestic sales and did not even meet half the expectations of the Marvel fanbase, who assumed that the reboot would have been better than the original 2005 film. However, even Simon Kinberg, the man who oversaw the X-men reboot franchise, admitted that the film wasn't good.

Despite the bad reputation that the "Fantastic Four" reboot has gained, Teller said that he was still up to reprising his role if ever Marvel decides to work on a sequel. During an exclusive interview with Jo Blo, the actor did not deny that the film was a failure, but he said that a bad script was to blame. He loved the cast and he developed an attachment to his own character, though he just couldn't get attached to the script.

Furthermore, Teller said that no one's career was flawless and he would still want to give "Fantastic Four" a chance. He was more than willing to do another run despite the movie has been having difficulty making friends with its critics again. For the record, Michael Jordan, who played the Human Torch, suggested that the failure of the film was due to conditions outside the actor's control.
