After Ji Jin Hee's nose injury while filming an action scene for his upcoming drama "Second To Last Love," television network SBS announced it will delay the premiere of the said project and let Ji pull through from his injury.

According to Allkpop, the 45-year-old actor had to go through an operation after he injured his nose on the set. Following the incident, SBS decided to move the premier of "Second To Last Love" to July 30, delaying it for a week from its original premiere date of July 23.

"Ji Jin Hee suffered an injury while giving it his all for filming, and with the unanimous agreement of the production crew to give the actor time to heal, the premiere date was pushed back to July 30. We will try our best to bring viewers a drama of the highest quality, especially considering that the drama will air a week late," a representative of SBS was quoted saying.

Korea Joongang Daily reported the "Second To Last Love" actor was accidentally hit by his co-actor during their shoot on July 5. Despite being the one who suffered from nose injury, Ji expressed his concern to his co-actor who hit him unintentionally, as per a drama affiliate.

"Second To Last Love" is a remake of Japanese drama series, which revolves around the love story of a couple who are in their 40's. Ji plays the role of Ko Sang Sik, who works as chief of city hall's environment facility section.

Ko will get involved with Kang Min Joo, a PD at a broadcasting station, who is played by South Korean actress Kim Hee Ae.

They will share the screen with actors Kim Seul Gi, Lee Soo Min, Stephanie Lee and Kim Kwon. "Second To Last Love" airs every Saturdays and Sundays starting July 30 on SBS.
