Jimmy Kimmel hosted the 89th Oscars Awards. The show started with Kimmel poking fun at Mel Gibson, Pres. Donald Trump, and to the lack of the diversity in the "Oscars." However, Kimmel has saved his meanest insults for Damon.

Kimmel has pulled on pranks on Matt Damon. Prior to even beginning the show, Kimmel posted a photo on his Instagram account of him vandalizing the photo of Damon attached on his Oscars' seat.

Kimmel had put a mustache, a unibrow, missing teeth, and horns on Damon's head.  He has even put a caption, "Best Picture Vominee Matt Damon #Oscars."

Kimmel and Damon have had their faux feud when Kimmel began playing pranks for Damon. The feud has begun many years ago.  The longest-running feud has been always out in the public and it seems it would not stop anytime soon.

Damon attended the "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" show. Kimmel was not giving time for their guest Damon. Kimmel was cutting Damon off and was persistently signing off.

It came into a time when Ben Affleck came into the picture and has got to sneak Damon into the show. Affleck and Damon even said to Kimmel that Damon is the real father of Kimmel's future son with his wife.

Damon appeared onstage in the Emmy's when Kimmel lost. He mocked and made good fun of Kimmel because of that failure.

Meanwhile, in the Oscars, the entire show was dedicated to roasting Damon. Kimmel sarcastically uttered that he gives credit to Damon for passing the lead role in the "Manchester by the Sea" film to his childhood friend Casey Affleck.

It was later revealed that the younger Affleck won the Best Actor award for playing the lead role in the "Manchester by the Sea" movie. Kimmel continued that Damon instead pursued for the movie "The Great Wall" which allegedly lost $80 million.

The Damon roast was later overshadowed by the Best Picture announcement gaffe wherein the "La La Land" was declared the winner instead of "Moonlight," the other nominated one. Damon is the producer of the movie "Manchester by the Sea" movie and it was nominated for the Best Motion Picture category.
