Park Bo Gum expresses interests on Song Joong Ki’s role in ‘A Warewolf Boy’; Actor welcomed by 4,000 fans in Thailand

Actor Park Bo Gum is truly loved not just in South Korea but also in Thailand. The actor recently wrapped up his fan in the country were a lot of fans welcomed him.

On Feb. 11, the 23-year old actor had his first fan meeting in Thailand wherein 4,000 fans had gathered at the airport to welcome the star. At the start of his fan meeting, Park expressed his surprised to the number of fans who welcomed him.

"I was surprised to see so many fans gathered at the airport when I arrived at a late hour. I appreciate your passion, but I hope you return home early; Still, I can feel the overflowing of love," The Korea Times has learned.

Label mate and best friend Song Joong Ki who stars in the hit drama "Descendants of the Sun" was also present as guest during Park's fan meeting event.  A question if there is any role they would be eager to play in each other's drama arose during the talk game.

Park then quickly answered that he would like to try Song's role in the 2012 film "A Werewolf Boy." "Song Joong Ki's acting as he conveyed emotions just through his eyes, without dialogue, was really touching," Soompi cited.

On the other hand, Song also expressed that he would like to try Park's role as Lee Young in the KBS2 drama "Moonlight Drawn By Clouds." The 31-year old actor revealed that Park's role in the drama was really handsome and interesting.

Wrapping up, Park expressed his heartfelt thanks to everyone who came to his fan meeting. "I'm thankful that I can meet everyone in Thailand like this. I will work hard to become a person who can, for a long time, positively influence the lives of everyone who has given me warm strength."

Park started his Asian fan tour in Malaysia last December 2016 and has since took him to other Asian countries like Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Japan. After his fan meeting in Thailand, the actor is scheduled to meet his fans in Singapore on Feb. 18 and in Seoul on March 11.
