Hit TV shows on ABC like "Grey's Anatomy, "Scandal" and "How To Get Away With Murder" (HTGAWM) are back this year and the network couldn't be more excited to share them with their viewers. ABC released some updates on Feb. 11 from each of these shows and here they are.

According to TV Guide, "Grey's Anatomy" is currently in its 13th season and it will move forward to season 14. "Scandal" is now celebrating their 7th season while "HTGAWM" is already in its 4th and critics are predicting that it will be renewed for another season.

It helps that veteran TV writer, Shonda Rhimes, is the person behind the storyline of these three top TV series on ABC. The network's president Channing Dungey also shared how excited he is to bring back all these shows as the year starts. He said that fans are going to be surprised on the many "OMG moments" they will see from the said shows.

Scandal returned last month and since its season premiere, ABC was able to gain success in hitting the 18-49 demographic. Everybody in the TV industry knows how difficult it is to hit the said demographic, especially during primetime and the network even managed to reach top-rated status every Thursday night.

Meanwhile, Variety reported that another show written by Rhimes called "The Catch" is about to air its 2nd season this year. Critics are predicting that it is also going to be a hit. Fans would also be glad to know that the queen of primetime TV is cooking a new show that is inspired by the story of Romeo and Juliet. The title is "Still Star-Crossed but the date has not been officially announced by the network although it is expected to hit TV later this year.
