Serge Ibaka was sent to the NBA trade block by the Orlando Magic last week, several teams are now starting to drop their offers. Teams like the Miami Heat and the Toronto Raptors are reportedly calling the Orlando Magic for a possible deal.

Since the name Serge Ibaka was sent to the NBA trade block, several teams started to put their offers on the front desk. Ibaka is known to be a defensive rebounder, so it wouldn't be a surprise if a team like the contending Toronto Raptors would definitely pursue Ibaka and rent his services.

The Raptors are obviously struggling in the rebound category, though they seem to be a tough club and known to be a title contender. The Raptors are currently 25th in team rebounds, a reason for them to chase Serge Ibaka.

The Fox Sports reported that the Raptors might have competitors in acquiring Serge Ibaka. The Miami Heat is also chasing Ibaka since that have already released Derrick Williams and will need a better rebounder as they enter the NBA playoffs this season.

The Fan Sided confirmed that the Heat is keeping their eyes on the stretch-four Serge Ibaka. Though the Heat haven't pulled their offers yet, it may be intriguing for us to know who they send in exchange for Ibaka.

Serge Ibaka is a guy that can contribute if motivated. As we can see in his past performances during his stint with the Thunder, Ibaka was a part of the so-called OKC big-three back in the days. Not only known for being a tenacious rebounder, Ibaka is also an elite paint-protector where he can cover the paint through the post or intimidating those opposing players on the driving lane.

Ibaka, 27, is having his career season this year, he has a career high average of 15.2 points and 7 rebounds per contest. Ibaka still has a lot of room for improvements and is very healthy to enjoy his prime days in the NBA.

Serge Ibaka could be a great contributor to any team around the league, the only drawback is that the fact there is no guarantee if he will re-sign to any of his destinations. Serge Ibaka is about to enter the free agency next summer as an unrestricted free agent.
