Cleveland Cavaliers have trouble to maintain their consistency in the new year. After winning against Oklahoma City Thunder, Dallas Mavericks defeated them on the following day and making LeBron James to be more frustrated.
The Cavaliers played really bad basketball against the struggling Dallas Mavericks as reported by Cleveland.com. Their offense was even worse the Mavericks which is now at the bottom three position in the Western Conference.
Prior to the game, Cavaliers received a bad news regarding forward Kevin Love. Their veteran power forward was having recurring problem with his back. Therefore he must stay in Cleveland to undergo examination while rest of the team flew to Dallas.
The loss against Mavericks gave James harder time, since he was already frustrated with the team condition. Last week James threw a tantrum to the team management after losing the game against New Orleans Pelicans on Monday, Jan. 23. He insisted the team need a point guard to make play.
However, his complaint has given the team condition to deteriorate. According to ESPN, James have already been frustrated over many things, including his ambition to be acknowledged as one of the best NBA player of all-time like Michael Jordan. In order to do so, he must win another championship, and he was frustrated with the team condition as they entered half way of the regular season.
His complaint about point guard would make the team’s moral to decline. It is because they already have an excellent point guard in Kyrie Irving. His complaint would irritate Irving just like what has happened to power forward Tristan Thompson who spoke up against James.
Meanwhile result of the last 10 games has shown the effect of James attitude who called himself King James. They lost 6 games in the last 10 and they will need to regroup as a solid team.
