B.HEART is accused of plagiarizing B2ST. And their label, Poong Entertainment broke their silence.

On Jan. 25, B.HEART released their debut song "Realistic," in which netizens quickly noticed that the track is very similar to B2ST's "Ribbon," "12:30," and "Butterfly." Another song, called "Sad" is also said to be very similar with B2ST's "The Fact."

In response, B.HEART's agency Poong Entertainment issued an official statement denying the accusations. "It's unfortunate how B.HEART's debut song that has been carefully prepared over a long time is involved in a plagiarism controversy... 'Realistic' is not plagiarized. After carefully examining 'Realistic' and B2ST's 'Ribbon,' it's true that they may sound similar depending on the person listening, but it's difficult to define it as plagiarism," Allkpop reported.

The agency added, "It's not plagiarism, but we do apologize for causing everyone and B.HEART's fans concern with this matter. We ask that everyone refrain from speculation and unfocused rumors," as reported by Soompi.

The label also revealed that StayAlone, the composer of the song will also make an official statement regarding the issue. Rookie group B.HEART is composed of members Tae U, Yongha, Dongwon, and Yoon.

Meanwhile, B2ST's independent label, Around US Ent. uploaded a uniquely designed Korean talisman as a gift to all their B2uty for the Lunar New Year. It was revealed that the label prepared the "B2uty Flower Road Talisman" for their fans happiness this 2017. Also, it is the group's way of wishing their fans happy fortunes and beautiful events this year. Their fans find the gift very witty and touching, making other fans of other idol groups envious.

Around the border of the talisman, we can see the members' surnames since they cannot use their group name for now. It is worth noting that the group did not renew their contract with Cube Entertainment, making them unable to use their debut name.
