Fans of "A Walk to Remember" might be seeing a reunion from the cast soon. Mandy Moore, who played Jamie on the tear-jerking film, has revealed that it is currently in the works.

According to E! Online, Moore opened up about a potential reunion with her former "A Walk to Remember" cast members during a recent "Ask Me Anything" conversation on Twitter. The actress revealed that they are "working on it," to a fan who noted that it "would be awesome" to see them back together again.

Talks of a potential "A Walk to Remember" reunion comes as the film celebrated its 15th year anniversary this year. Back in 2002, the film premiered in theaters in Jan. 25 when Moore was only 17 years-old and was still pursuing a career as a popstar.

"A Walk to Remember" is one of the films based on Nicholas Spark's novels of the same name. It follows Jamie Sullivan (Moore) and Landon Carter (Shane West), as two North Carolina teens who are thrown together after Landon gets into trouble and is made to do community service. As their relationship evolved as young lovers, Jamie reveals that she has been battling leukemia since she was a child - driving Landon to make all of Jamie's dreams come true before it's too late.

Speaking with Entertainment Weekly, Moore looked back on her most memorable experiences while filming "A Walk to Remember," where she calls it as an "overwhelmingly positive, memorable experience" because it was her first lead role.

"We shot it in Wilmington, North Carolina, and it was the first time I'd ever had that kind of camp-like experience where you come home and cry when it's over and you're determined to keep in touch with everyone," Moore shared.

Added West: "It genuinely was a phenomenal experience. From start to finish, it really was a wonderful experience and that was because of Adam Shankman, the director."

"A Walk to Remember" grossed $47.49 million at the box office. Daryl Hannah, Peter Coyote, Lauren German and Clayne Crawford also starred.
