Ryan Reynolds may have subtly hinted to the cameo appearance of Wolverine in "Deadpool 2" in a recent photo. The actor also teased that the sequel has already cast Cable.

Reynolds shared an Instagram photo of himself bonding with Pierce Brosnan and with "Logan" star Hugh Jackman. He simply captioned the shot, "Wolvie. Bond. Wade." Fans immediately speculated that the photo hints to the appearance of both actors in "Deadpool 2."

However, it seems the trio are trying to be mum. Their pose suggests they are not about to divulge any details about their get-together anytime soon. Jackman posed with his hands cupped to his ears, Brosnan covered his mouth and Reynolds covered his eyes, a pose ode to the saying "hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil."

Regardless, the photo already stirred rumors about Brosnan's involvement in "Deadpool 2." Fans speculate that he has been cast to play Cable. After all the names attached to the role, including "Early Edition" actor Kyle Chandler, perhaps the James Bond star has landed the part.

Meanwhile, Jackman's appearance in the photo also teased the possibility of Wolverine appearing in "Deadpool 2." Reynolds has since expressed his interest to see Jackman appear in the first film. Since that did not happen, then perhaps Logan and Wade Wilson's reunion happens in the sequel.

Likewise, the "Logan" star also expressed the same interest when asked if he wants to star opposite Reynolds again. Jackman is open to the idea of Wade and Logan teaming up again, just like in the Marvel comics.

"They [Wolverine and Deadpool] are definitely enemies in the comics, and they always spark off well together, so I'd be open to that idea," he told MTV UK.

Just recently, Jackman once again addressed questions about his appearance in "Deadpool 2." He told Variety that Logan and Wade appearing together in a movie would be "the perfect fit." However, if Wolverine does cameo in the sequel, then it means "Logan" is not the last time Jackman is suiting up as the clawed mutant.
