Huawei will unveil P10 in the Mobile World Congress Barcelona; The war of thin bezel has began

Huawei will introduce the new flagship product P10 in February in the Mobile World Congress. The successor of P9 is predicted to have a cuved display and other high specifications as a premium smartphone.

According to Android Central , Huawei has set the date for official introduction of its new flagship P10 on Feb. 26 during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The company dubbed launching of P10 as "the global unveiling of a new flagship device" and many expectations have been surmounting for the new smartphone.

Huawei P10 is expected to have a curved display with a very thin bezel. While other detail specifications may similar to that of Huawei Mate 9 Pro, running Android 7.0 Nougat with its corresponding ROM EMUI 5.0. The P10 is predicted to have 5.9” screen with 1080 x 1920 pixels resoulution and powered by 2.4 Ghz Octa-core processor.

Its rival LG willl also introduce the new G6 in Barcelona this year. Among the smartphone manufacturers, LG is the first that came up with very thin-bezels for its products with G2 in 2013. The Korean electronic giant is expected to introduce a no-bezels smartphone in its new G6, which will become strong contender for Huawei P10 in the high-end market.

This 2017 has become the turning point for smartphone products, as top manufacturers such as Samsung, Xiaomi, LG and now Huawei either offered a curved display or a very thin bezels in their products. This phenomenon, according to Forbes, is the death of the bezels.

The competition to eliminate bezel size was initiated by Samsung with its Galaxy S7 Edge, launched February 2016. Its curved display has captivated many users. Subsequetly, Xiaomi put the bar higher with full size screen in Xiaomi Mi Mix in November.

Huawei is expected to join the competition of the bezel reduction with its P10. There are many speculations with the phone full specifications which will be revealed in February. Meanwhile, watch the predicted specification based on the schematic diagrams and image leaks with specifications below:
