"Seven First Kisses" actor Ji Chang Wook is considering to take the lead role for the upcoming drama "The Happiest Time In My Life." The upcoming drama is written by the screenwriter Choi Ho Chul.

Production Company, Imagine Asia, recently unveiled that the 29-year old actor is currently assessing the male lead offer for Choi's upcoming drama "The Happiest Time In My Life," Allkpop reported. It is said that officially start its production in March 2017, after completing its pre-filming.

As of recently, it was revealed that Ji is the only actor to be in talks to join the cast. Additionally, the upcoming drama will be Choi's first drama after two years, following KBS' "Secret Love."

It is presumed that the drama will be Ji's last project before his mandatory military service enlistment, if he accepts the offer. The actor is expected to enlist in February or March of next year.

"I am expecting a summons sometime in February or March next year. The actual date of the enlistment is something I won't know until it happens," the actor revealed during an interview as reported by Soompi.

Ji is currently starring in the on-going web drama by Lotte Duty Free, "Seven First Kisses." Along with Ji, Korean stars Lee Joon Gi, Park Hae Jin, 2PM's TaecYeon, EXO Kai, Lee Jong Suk, and Lee Min Ho also stars in the drama.

The web drama tells the story of a Lotte Duty Free shop worker who attempts to choose the perfect partner for her first kiss among seven different men. "Seven First Kisses" is part of Lotte Duty Free's marketing strategy to promote tourism through the influence of "hallyu" or the Korean pop culture.

The "Big 3" - SM Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, and YG Entertainment, along with other eleven major entertainment agencies had agreed to do the collaboration to promote the country's tourism through content creation. Reports revealed that Lotte Duty Free would sign the celebrities as an endorser and in return their agencies would provide the content and the stars.
