"Charlie's Angels" alum Lucy Liu recently talked about her "baby-led weaning" method to feed her five-month-old son Rockwell Lloyd.

During her appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," the actress shared, "It's where you put chunks of food out for them and they just sort of smash it around and throw it. And it's like on your face, it's on their face, it's in their hair, it's on the floor. It's on, like, the artwork. It's a good way to diet for five months old, right?" she said.

The 47-year-old "Kung Fu Panda 3" voice talent continued that weaning off her son Rockwell means that the baby will learn how to swear off bottles as much as possible.

"But they kind of, like, build a relationship with food, and they eventually get some stuff in. They've got the bottle and then they wean themselves off the bottle because they get more food," she explained.

Meanwhile, the Chinese-American actress, whose baby daddy hasn't been revealed, also talked about her role in the hit CBS series "Elementary."

According to the actress, she is set to direct another episode for the show's current fourth season.

In other news, Liu recently attended the red carpet premiere of "Kung Fu Panda 3" in Los Angeles on Sunday night.

Liu, who plays the role of Viper, was joined by her co-stars Angelina Jolie, Bryan Cranston and Kate Hudson.

In the film, Jolie plays the role of Tigress, Hudson plays the role of Mei Mei and Cranston plays the role of Li.

Other cast members include Jack Black as Po, Jackie Chan as Monkey, Dustin Hoffman as Master Shifu, Seth Rogen as Mantis, David Cross as Crane, James Hong as Mr. Ping, J.K. Simmons as Kai, Randall Duk Kim as Oogway and more.

"Kung Fu Panda 3" will premiere in the United States on Jan. 29.
