Fan-favourite couple Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor have ended their six-year long relationship. The Bollywood's beloved couple said to have parted ways after failing to make it work amidst several relationship issues. Meanwhile, rumours claims that the "Fitoor" actress Katrina Kaif's ex-boyfriend Salman Khan may have some role to play in the much-talked about breakup.
Several entertainment and celebrity news publications are claiming that Katrina Kaif might have consulted her ex-boyfriend and "Ek Tha Tiger" co-star Salman Khan before the breakup. According to Bollywood Life, an entertainment tabloid is reporting that Katrina Kaif visited Salman Khan at a film studio.
It happened on the same day when Ranbir and Katrina finished filming for their upcoming movie "Jagga Jasoos." It is reported that the actress had a two-hour long discussion with Salman Khan on Jan. 9, 2016. The website is speculating if Salman had anything to do with Katrina's decision to breakup with Ranbir.
Meanwhile, a source close to Katrina told Miss Malini that the said two-hour discussion never happened. It is reportedly just a rumour. According to the source Katrina was actually visiting YRF studios to dub for "Fitoor" and meet Ali Abbas Zafar. Co-incidentally, Salman was there at the location. It is reported that Katrina only greeted Salman before leaving the studios.
News about Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif's broke out on Jan. 15. Leading publication Pinkvilla confirmed that "the two have officially parted ways."
"Three days back, RK moved out of their Carter Road flat with all his bag and baggage. Katrina soon flew off to Delhi to promote Fitoor. This is it for them. They have tried making it work for far too long but things weren't falling in place for them. Both of them have made peace with the fact that the relationship is not headed anywhere and their differences can't be resolved. For the last few months, there has been a lot of tension between them," a source told the abovementioned publication.
Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif started dating each other in 2010 when they were filming "Ajab Prem Ki Gajab Kahani."
