People of all walks of life have already recognized and acknowledged the video game industry for more than 20 years. Even those who we adore in the big screen cinemas get to have their hands on mouse and keyboards, controllers and even handheld games. Celebrities like Kristian Nairn, otherwise known for his role in "Game of Thrones" as Hodor, who has been a gamer all his life.

Game Informer had an interview with the star who spoke about his all-time favorite video games. Nairn mentioned that he been playing "way too much of [his] life playing video games." Though he plays on a lot of gaming platforms, he prefers laptop gaming the most since he's mostly "on the road a lot." Other devices for gaming would on his mobile phone.

The actor who played Hodor in the hit HBO series has even been playing since the days of the Atari computers and ZX Spectrum.

Right now, Nairn has been gaming for hours in his personal favorite "World of Warcraft," especially with its latest expansion "Legion." The actor has been an adventurer in Blizzard's MMORPG since the days of its launch. Another of his personal favorite is the mobile app called "King of Avalon," of which has given a lot of time and money as well.

Nairn has also been given an opportunity take on another role as well: To be a dungeon orc in "World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor." The actor said it was "like a dream come true" getting a role in his all-time favorite. It was also funny when he mentioned about "killing himself" (referring to the character he voiced in the game) and having the gratifying feeling when he gets to loot his own "corpse."

The actor also has an agreement to be partners with "King of Avalon." Aside from promoting the title, he also will be voicing a character in "King of Avalon: Dragon Warfare," according to Game Rant.

Other games he has played before was "Angry Birds," which he competed with Isaac Hempstead (who played Bran Stark in "Game of Thrones) to see who gets the highest score.

Another reason why he stuck to laptop gaming is also because of his music gigs, touring around the world as a DJ. He enjoys the experience of being a touring musician, but it takes his time away from gaming consoles. However, it doesn't really matter anyway, not while he's leveling up his character in "World of Warcraft."

Here's a video of his interview:
