"W - Two Worlds" writer Song Jae Jung candidly talked about the drama and its cast members during a press conference held on Wednesday. The writer even said she is sorry to Han Hyo Joo for giving her the hardest task during the filming of the TV series.

"I gave her the hardest emotions to express," Song said of Han's character on "W - Two Worlds." The writer went on explaining the stories behind the recently concluded MBC drama.

"There are two intertwined stories in this drama. One is a romance where [Oh Yeon Joo] goes into a comic book, and one is [Kang Cheol's] conflict with his creator. Being involved in both worlds, Oh Yeon Joo was the one thrown into the most confusion," she added as quoted by Soompi.

Song revealed did not worry about the outcome of the finale, however, the writer said she was concern about the character of Oh Yeon Joo. "The character felt really sacrificial, so I was really sorry to Han Hyo Joo. I apologized to her so much at the final party. I'm wondering how I can ever pay her back."

Meanwhile, fans are eager to know whether "W - Two Worlds" will have a sequel, and if there is, will they be seeing their favorite characters. As per Yibada, a new installment for the drama series is still uncertain as there are no discussions on the matter just yet.

However, reports suggest that if "W - Two Worlds" Season 2 will be made possible, the drama will be likely aired in 2017. Aside from that, several characters will return to pick up where they left off for the new season.

"W - Two Worlds" is considered among the most popular MBC series this year, surpassing Kim Woo Bin and Suzy Bae's "Uncontrollably Fond" of KBS.
