Things are changing for Rick and his team after another super villain joined the scene towards the end of "The Walking Dead" Season 6. During the "Last Day on Earth" episode of the previous season, it is likely that Negan, the new antagonist, might have killed one or even more from Rick's group.

Following the cliffhanger season finale, fans were left puzzled by the mystery of a main character's possible death which will be unraveled in the upcoming "The Walking Dead" Season 7.

However, EP Greg Nicotero might have spilled the beans and suggested more than one of the main characters will be killed by Negan in the premiere episode "The Walking Dead" Season 7.

During his recent interview with EW, Nicotero said they would not change anything about how they ended the previous season despite drawing backlash from the fans. "If we would have shown the deaths, then they wouldn't have felt our characters in season 7 the way they need to," he added.

From Nicotero's statement, fans noted his mention of "deaths" which could mean two or more of the main characters will be chopped off from "The Walking Dead" Season 7. Aside from that, the newly released trailer of the AMC series revealed how things will be different with Negan in the story.

"Things have changed," Negan warned in the 30-second trailer of "The Walking Dead" Season 7. "Whatever you had going for you? That's over. Thing is, I am everywhere," he added.

Characters of Norman Reedus, Steven Yeun and Andrew Lincoln were not seen in the newly released trailer; however, Lincoln confirmed Rick will still be part of "The Walking Dead" Season 7, Express reported.

Lincoln added Rick will return "a different man" in the upcoming season. "He's powerless for the first time since he woke up from the coma. Everything he's worked for, for two years, has been shattered in 24 hours," he revealed.

The highly-anticipated "The Walking Dead" Season 7 premieres on Oct. 24. Meanwhile, watch its new trailer and be thrilled.
