Reality star Kim Kardashian welcomes another budding celebrity this week with husband, Kanye West, this week. But, two toddlers seems to be too many for the fashion icon to handle.

The 35-year-old is "overwhelmed" and in need of help with taking care of her two children according to Life and Style Magazine. Kardashian has given birth to the son of 'Yeezus' five days ago, but she already need to hire an extra pair of hands to help her with taking care of the newborn.

Manager and mother to Kim, Kris Jenner, admitted that the celebrity mother gets "cranky" when she feels uncomfortable. Speaking at an event, Momma Jenner told Us Magazine that other than the mood swings, Kim is doing great.

"I think she's happy that part of it is over, and he's here," North and Saint's grandmother beamed. "And, he's healthy and everybody's good and all tucked in at home. So we're good."

Kim and rapper hubby, Kanye, are staying at the Jenners' Calabasas home while their Hidden Hills house is still under renovation.

Jenner also claimed that the newborn is already looking like her big sister, North, who is now two years old. Meanwhile, Kanye's first child is completely enamored by her baby brother.

Saint Kardashian West was born last weekend at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in California. TMZ reported that bringing the new Kardashian into the world was not easy for Kim. The gorgeous brunette apparently suffered from a painful and life-threatening labor due to a complication in which the placenta burrows too deeply into the uterine wall.
